Gorski Eagles showed lots of skill and confidence beating local Polonia players by one goal. With Zygmunt Kalinowski in the net and Jan Furtok in front, Eagles proved a formidable force, indeed. Wlodzimierz Ciolek scored the first goal off a volley early in the match, while Jan Furtok made it 2-0 in the second half. Toronto Polonia appeared to gain advantage over aged Eagles' players in the final minutes. They managed to reduce deficit to 1-2 with a goal from Bartosz Ostaszewski but ran out of time to make it a tie game.
